Bookings and Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

Full payment is due 3 days before your event.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if any, will depend on the timing of the cancellation and agreed terms.

Tres Hermanos Catering LLC reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Liability

We are not liable for delays or damages caused by events outside our control (e.g., weather, venue issues).

You agree to release Tres Hermanos Catering LLC from liability for any allergies or dietary reactions not disclosed before the event.
